FreightWaves FreightTech 25 2026 badge

Amazon Freight selected as #6 by FreightWaves on the 2026 FreightTech 25

For us at Amazon Freight, transportation technology doesn’t mean anything if it doesn’t deliver for customers. FreightWaves recognized that dedication this week when it named Amazon Freight to number six on their FreightTech 25 list.

“Being placed on the FreightTech 25 is a testament to our team’s relentless focus on innovation and customer obsession,” said Ari Silkey, General Manager of Amazon Freight. “This award reflects our commitment to not just meeting our customers’ freight shipping needs but anticipating them.”

The awards recognize the most inventive companies and transportation providers in freight. The awards come at a pivotal time as the industry navigates a year of uncertainty, positioning Amazon Freight among the companies best equipped to lead for customers going into 2026.

“We’re honored to be recognized alongside other industry leaders and look forward to continuing to make the middle mile simple, reliable, and accessible for businesses,” said Silkey. “We’re building the future of freight by combining Amazon’s world-class technology with deep industry expertise to create solutions that truly make a difference.”

At Amazon Freight, we understand that in today’s fast-paced world, businesses require logistics solutions that are not only reliable and efficient but adaptable to their unique challenges. Our technology-driven approach enables us to deliver precisely that – seamless and cost-effective freight solutions that help our customers grow their businesses. From our smart trailers on the roads to our advanced tracking capabilities, we treat shippers’ freight like our own.

This is the eighth time Amazon Freight has been named to the FreightTech 25 and each time it has been in the top ten.

The FreightWaves 100 is created by a panel that consists of analysts, journalists, and transportation experts. The top 25 were selected based on voting from a collection of executives, investors, and academics from across the industry. Read more about the process here. The awards were announced at the FreightWaves Future of Freight Festival in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
